This information is designed for caravan and camper groups and gives you details about our service and the handling of the group.
For groups, the reservation is recommended and free of charge.
- 2-3 days before arrival, the tour guide confirms the arrival and informs us about the planned number of participants.
- The campsite management reserves sufficient places, approx. 100m² per unit; this area is signposted for the group.

The tour guide is asked to coordinate a possible signposting with the camping management. Damages from the displacement of labels are charged to the organiser.

For reportable reasons, a list with all participant’s addresses and nationalities has to be submitted before the arrival.

Alternatively, the list can be submitted personally by the firstly arriving group member.

All visitors, assistants and suppliers have to register at the reception. Invitations to third parties have to be coordinated with the camping management. Service to third parties is not accepted.

The arriving participants do not have to register anymore but every unit or additional person has to confirm its presence at the reception when arriving.

Every participant receives a magnetic key for the barrier. One camping card or card of identity per key has to be deposited as security.

Every participant receives an information bag with documents about the campsite and the surroundings.

For rally participants, we offer an enlargement of the stay – for example at the beginning or end of the tour – for special conditions.

The tour guide settles the invoice with the duty manager in the last morning before the departure – we accept cash and maestro. Please understand that a payment of this special prices with credit card is not possible due to the high commissions for visa, etc.
- For a group with more than 12 units, the tour guide is free of charge when paying cash.

The use of a recreation room is possible and free of charge; a poss. necessary cleaning can be invoiced.
- We are pleased to offer you dinner or breakfast in the restaurant. 3-course-menu already from 14,50 €.
- Wine tastings, bus tours, excursions and hiking tours can be arranged for you.
