Tent group info

This information is designed for tent groups and gives you details about our service and the handling of the group.

• A reservation is only possible for registered societies and clubs after consultation with the management.We expect an advance payment of 100€ before the booking confirmation.
• 2 – 3 days before the arrival, the group leader should confirm the arrival by phone and inform us about the number of participants.
• The campsite allocates sufficient places; this area is reserved and signposted for the group.
• For reportable reasons, a list with all participant’s addresses and nationalities has to be submitted before the arrival.
• Alternatively, the list can be submitted personally by the firstly arriving group member.
• The arriving participants do not have to register anymore but every unit or additional person has to confirm its presence at the reception when arriving.
• Every participant can receive a magnetic key for the barrier. One camping card or card of identity per key has to be deposited as security.
• The group leader receives an information bag with documents about the campsite and the surroundings.
• The tour leader is asked to coordinate a possible signposting with the camping management. Damages from the displacement of labels are charged to the organiser.
• The rules of the campsite have to be absolutely obeyed – especially the adherence to the sleep and the extinction of the fireplaces.
• The tour guide settles the invoice with the duty manager in the last morning before the departure – we accept cash and maestro. Please understand the a payment of this special prices with credit card is not possible due to the high commissions for visa, etc.
• The group leader is free of charge for groups of more than 20 participants.
• The use of a recreation room is possible after consultation.
• We are pleased to offer you dinner or breakfast in the restaurant. 3-course-menu already from 13,50 €.
• Wine tastings, bus tours, excursions and hiking tours can be arranged for you.

Tent group prices 2010

Valid for groups which apply together:

Registered societies:

Registered society groups with group leader / organizer who is responsible for the administrative issues, makes a deposit, etc.
Per person 9,00 € / day
We give a discount of 10 per cent for groups of more than 50 participants.

Individual groups:
Groups that join individually register at the reception and pay at departure.
Per person 10,00 € / day

Prices include:
Place for tent / car
Showers with warm water in the sanitary buildings
Electricity (not for heating)
Waste disposal

Pavilions which are put up additionally are not included in the regular prices and are invoiced with 80,00 € lump-sum charge. It is not allowed to take along draught beer and dispensing systems. We also do not permit external suppliers.
